    A strong shed starts with a stable foundation. We include all the necessary blocking to level the floor up to 12 inches at no extra cost. For sites requiring more than 12 inches of leveling, adjustable pier blocks are available for just $50 each.

    Our sheds feature pressure-treated 2x6 floor and rim joists, rated for ground contact and spaced 24" OC. The flooring is finished with Tru-Floor 3/4" tongue-and-groove OSB, providing strength and durability for years to come.

  • Sturdy Framing

    We use 2x4 framing spaced 24" OC, constructed with lumber that meets WWPA structural grading standards. Standard shed walls are framed to 73-1/2" high, ensuring a solid and reliable structure.

    All sheds come standard with 4' double shed doors, complete with trim and locking T-handles for security and ease of use.

  • Versatile Siding Options

    Our standard siding is LP 38 Series Pre-Primed wall panels, which comply with most HOA requirements and provide a clean, durable finish. For a custom look, we also offer LP Pre-Primed Lap siding, perfect for matching horizontal siding on your house, available for an additional $1.75 per board foot.

  • Customizable Trim

    Choose between LP Pre-Primed trim for a classic look or PVC trim, which is maintenance-free and resistant to rot, for a long-lasting finish.

  • Protective Roofing

    Our sheds come equipped with roofing felt, a white metal drip edge, and architectural shingles for complete roof protection. These features not only guard against water intrusion but also allow the roof to breathe, reducing discoloration and inhibiting mold and mildew. Upgrade to Owens Corning architectural shingles with multiple color options to match your existing structures.
