3.2. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is due upon project completion.
3.3. Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card. A 4% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
3.4. All prices are subject to change based on material costs.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date to receive a full refund of the deposit.
4.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may incur a cancellation fee.
4.3. Refunds will not be provided once the installation has commenced.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible and ready for construction.
5.2. Any delays caused by site inaccessibility or unpreparedness may result in additional charges.
6. Warranty and Liability
